Business accounts
The person creating a workspace confirms they are authorised to act for the business. Account information must be accurate and kept current. Login credentials must not be shared outside authorised users.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and may include or exclude GST as stated at checkout or on the invoice.
Trials, upgrades and downgrades
A trial applies only where offered for the selected plan. Scheduled plan changes take effect on the stated renewal date. An immediate upgrade may include a time-based credit for the unused portion of the current cycle where supported by the billing provider.
Payment failure
If a subscription payment fails, access may be restricted or paused while the account owner updates payment details or resolves the outstanding amount. Reasonable notice may be provided where practicable.
Cancellation and data export
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle. Where an account is scheduled for permanent closure, an authorised export link may be provided for a limited period. Account data may be deleted after 14 days from closure, subject to legal, security and backup retention requirements.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, misuse another tenant’s information, infringe rights or use the platform unlawfully.
Integrations
Third-party services such as Xero, MYOB, Stripe, Shopify and WooCommerce are governed by their own terms and availability. Wholesale Network is not responsible for changes, outages or decisions made by those providers.
Operational responsibility
The platform supports business workflows but does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, workplace safety or compliance advice. Businesses remain responsible for reviewing transactions, permissions, stock decisions and submitted records.
Liability and Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as described in the applicable subscription agreement.
Changes and governing law
Terms may be updated with notice appropriate to the significance of the change. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the courts of Queensland.
