A few useful answers.

Can I register a separate business?

Self-service business registration and paid subscriptions are not currently available. This installation serves one business and its invited staff.

How do I get access or recover my account?

Contact your business owner for an invitation or staff account recovery. Owners sign in using their setup credentials. Never share your password with another staff member.

Can I import my items?

Yes. Authorised staff can use the workspace CSV import tool. Follow its template and validation rules before uploading.

Your first complete workflow.

1. Create your catalog and opening stock

Add products and materials with unique SKUs, units and prices, then add your suppliers and customers. For goods already in the warehouse, record opening stock through an inventory adjustment with its quantity and unit cost. A purchase order alone does not add physical stock.

2. Receive a purchase order

Create a purchase order for your supplier and warehouse. When goods arrive, open the order and enter the quantities actually received. Partial deliveries are supported. Check the resulting stock movement before recording another receipt.

3. Make a product

Set the product's bill of materials and operation recipe before creating its manufacturing order. The order saves that recipe for the job. Assign staff and dates, finish the required operations and record actual time, then post completed output. Posting consumes the saved ingredients and adds the finished product to stock.

4. Ship and review

Create a sales order with its customer, warehouse and delivery details. Reserve physical stock if needed, then post only the quantity dispatched. Add tracking to the individual shipment and review its saved document. Recording a shipment does not book a carrier or charge the customer.

How do I compare work with staff availability?

Owners open Settings & team, then Manage daily staff capacity, and choose a date. Enter available manufacturing minutes for each eligible staff member. In Reports, open Production workload and select all locations to see the comparison for dated, assigned work. Missing capacity stays unconfigured; zero means unavailable. This does not move job dates or automatically schedule work.

What if a save fails or a module is unavailable?

Read the error, reopen the record and check its latest state before retrying. An unavailable stock figure is not zero stock. Disabled modules block their affected actions; your owner can review availability in Settings & team. Invoice preparation currently saves an internal draft only, not an issued tax invoice.
